The general purpose of Working Groups is to work through common analytical issues. The Committee needs to ensure, therefore, that its working groups are optimally focused on this end.All Groups are chaired by a member of the EPC. Working Group chairs report back to the EPC on a frequent basis on the delivery of their work programme. The mandates of the working groups will be reviewed on a regular basis against the evolving needs of Ecofin and the EPC.
